Rippliq

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you wanted to know about how Rippliq audits your podcast — without giving up access to your accounts.

What exactly does Rippliq check?

Titles, descriptions, categories, timestamps, links, cover art rendering, formatting consistency, and SEO signals — across Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and YouTube.

Do I need to give you access to my podcast accounts?

No. Rippliq works from your public RSS feed. No passwords, no platform logins, no permissions required.

How is this different from just checking my podcast on each platform manually?

You could open Spotify, Apple, and YouTube and compare manually. Rippliq does it in seconds, catches issues humans miss (like truncated descriptions or missing tags), and gives you AI-generated fixes. It's the difference between squinting at your dashboard and getting a mechanic's report.

Does Rippliq publish or change anything on my podcast?

No. Rippliq is read-only. We analyze your feed and give you recommendations. You decide what to change, where, and when.

What if I only publish audio, not video?

Rippliq still helps. We check your Spotify and Apple Podcasts metadata, which matters whether or not you're on YouTube. But we'll also show you what you're missing by not being on YouTube — which now accounts for 37.7% of all podcast listening.

Is my data safe?

We don't store your audio or video content. We cache your RSS metadata temporarily to generate your report. See our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for details.
